Rachel's Walk of Love
Rachel's Walk of Love is a 501(c)3 non-profit, charitable foundation that provides new shoes to impoverished children in our community and around the world.
Since its inception in 2008, Rachel's Walk of Love has provided thousands of shoes to children in need.
The foundation was started to honor the life of a precious 9 year old girl named Rachel, who had a passion for shoes, and a deep concern for people in need. Rachel loved giving gifts, and especially loved giving shoes to others as a way to show her love. Click Here to learn more about Rachel.
Although Rachel passed away suddenly in November 2008, her legacy lives on with each child who receives the gift of shoes through Rachel's Walk of Love.
Inspired by Rachel's love for shoes and heart of compassion for others, Rachel's Walk of Love seeks to improve the quality of life of impoverished children by meeting their immediate and practical need for shoes, while providing support, dignity, and hope for a brighter future.
With an estimated 300 million children growing up barefoot in our world today, the need for shoes is great.
In the next five years, Rachel's Walk of Love hopes to reach over 100,000 underprivileged children with the gift of shoes... Will You Join Us?
